On 8 June, the China·Alxa — India Chamber of Commerce Foreign Trade Cooperation Online Exchange Meeting was held in Alxa High-tech Zone. Six Indian chemical associations, including the Chemicals and Petrochemicals Manufacturers' Association of India and the Indian Chemical Council, together with 11 foreign trade enterprises from the zone, took part.
The event was hosted by the League Council for the Promotion of Trade, the Bureau of Commerce, the Foreign Affairs Office, Alxa Customs and the Alxa High-tech Zone Administrative Committee. Enterprises including China Salt Inner Mongolia Chemical Co., Ltd. and Inner Mongolia Hengdeli Biotechnology Co., Ltd. delivered presentations online.
Wang Yihua, Chairman of Inner Mongolia Hengdeli Biotechnology Co., Ltd., spoke as a representative of participating enterprises, introduced the company's foreign trade business to Indian and other delegates, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Indian enterprise representatives online.
India has long been a major market for Hengdeli's flagship product TCCA. Over the past years the company has frequently done business with Indian customers through trading companies; this signing marks another solid step in its own-brand export business.
The successful holding of the exchange meeting is an important measure for local Alxa enterprises to carry out pragmatic economic and trade exchanges with Indian chambers of commerce. Both sides will rely on the established friendly cooperative relationship to carry out various forms of exchange activities, strengthen interaction and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
